Shipping Policy

Orders

Orders placed will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order is processed, printing of the item will begin and may take up to 7 business days. Stickers will be posted weekly. Please allow variation from this depending on the item. Orders placed after the 10th Dec 2021 will be processed on the 3rd Jan 2022. 

Time frames

Printed items will be dispatched directly from the print manufacturer and postage can currently take up to 5 weeks.

Stickers are all sent from Queensland via Australia Post. Allow for up to 4 days from time of postage for delivery in Queensland and up to 6 days for Interstate.

Please ensure you enter your correct email address when Checking Out to make sure you receive the email advising you of your tracking number. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the shipping address is correct at time of ordering. The purchaser will be liable for any costs incurred due to incorrect addressed orders. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for missing parcels. If you wish to enquire where your order is please email support@daniesimpson.com with your order number and we can track it for you!

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping! However please allow up to 30 days from time of order placed due to significant delays with customs.
