What if i’m not happy with an order?
We hope that you will be happy with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, an item is faulty or incorrect we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:
- -The item or items must be returned within 20 days of receiving, together with original proof of purchase.
- -Sale items are non refundable items.
- -Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed with protective bag or case.
How do I return an item?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your receipt for proof of purchase with your name, phone number and a description (including photos) of the fault or incorrect item.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (excluding original shipping cost) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We may offer a refund in the event an item is no longer available.Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. We are not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Do I have to pay for shipping the return?
You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Can I exchange an Item?
Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer exchanges at this stage on any items apart from stickers. If you are unhappy please follow the returns policy in order to exchange an item.
